I would capitalize dziesięć ("Dziesięć") and add a full stop, as in a normal sentence.
It does look like a sentence, and as all the other variants in this thread behave the same, why won't the Polish be considered a sentence as well?

This is not just a list of words, but quite an important one: the numbers (and the most used ones).
Indeed, it can be considered part of a story, where someone is counting. It will then have to count as a sentence, with capitalization at the beginning and a full stop at the end.

Besides the capital letter and the full stop, this is a duplicate of #3634079. Perhaps it just needs to be corrected so that the sentences merge.
