Je note le " généralement " et dans ton premier lien de l'Office Québécois de la Langue Française :

"Lorsque les propositions coordonnées par car sont très brèves, on peut omettre la virgule.
 
Exemples :
 
- Il ne viendra pas car il est occupé.
- Elle est partie avant le dessert car elle était pressée."


C'est aussi mon sentiment. Qu'il en soit donc ainsi.
