¿Sería incorrecto decir "hubiera" en lugar de "habría" en este caso?

Quizá algunos dirían que sí y otros que no.
Asumo que estas frases se construyen como

SI + Frase subjuntiva, frase condicional

Y "hubiera" se suele escuchar tanto como subjuntivo y como condicional

Jaja, pero creo que ahí sí está bien. Mi duda es si se puede usar el "hubiese" en la segunda parte de la oración.

En los manuales del español vi la construcción que mencionó marcelostockle:

SI + Frase subjuntiva, frase condicional

Pero también había visto la otra como esa:

Hubiese y Hubiera son exactamente lo mismo. Sólo son dos formas diferentes del Imperfecto de Subjuntivo.
En mis clases de español en la universidad el profesor mencionó que "hubiese" existe pero nunca utilizamos en los cuatro años. Me parece que "hubiese" se utiliza en los libros antiguos.

Igual para todos los subjuntivos con esa forma
