Pourquoi est-ce que le mot « révolution » est en majuscule ? On fait ça seulement quand on parle d'une révolution en particulier, comme « la Révolution française », non ?

Effectivement… mais rien n'empêche la phrase en question de faire référence à une révolution en particulier : on peut très bien imaginer un contexte où cette dernière est correcte.
C'est comme cela que j'ai interprété la phrase lorsque je l'ai traduite depuis l'Espéranto (qui lui aussi met la majuscule).
