What does this sentence mean? I think it's incomplete or lacking context, I do not understand the German nor the Esperanto.
עד הסוף של מה?
I do not understand it, and the English (Through german) translation presented "I never sleep in" - which would translate as
"אני תמיד מתעורר בזמן", or, difficult, hebrew doesn't have a "sleep in" idiom..

I am not familiar with the English idiom. The German I understand, and ausschlafen is a verb that does not have a Hebrew equivalent. It means sleeping until one is saturated. אני תמיד מתעורר בזמן is definitely not a valid translation. עד רוויה could be a solution but its a bit on the fancy side.
