I wonder if the "wohl" might mean here "is probably" "may well be" etc rather than just "is"?. However, I'm not an expert and would defer to others on this point.

Second, indeed, I had difficulty translating the word "wohl" properly. I couldn't sense the exact meaning assigned to it in this context, so I left it out. I'd appreciate help from our colleagues who are native speakers of German.
