puisque "dann" est une conjonction, je ne vois pas l'utilité d'une virgule, mais je ne sais pas quelle est la pratique véritable en langue allemande...

"Folge mir" ist der Hauptsatz.
"dann ... Weg." ist ein Nebensatz.
Zwischen Haupt- und Nebensätze müssen im Deutschen bis auf wenige Ausnahmen (z.B. vor "und") immer Kommas gesetzt werden. Hier ist das Komma auch Pflicht.
