Are you sure it needs an indefinite article? There’s only one fish in the pond?

I would translate this into Russian this way:
В озере живёт одна щука.
('Есть' would work here too, but for some reason 'живёт' looks a bit better when speaking about just one fish.)

However, is this really the intended meaning?

Also, why is this included in the «# !! 0 FILTER (public list) - XXX, Culture of violence, Weaponry, Gun culture, etc. (Inappropriate for Young Children)» list? A pike in the pond isn’t neccessary violent.
