In Russian we use both versions, "don't have any teeth" or "toothless". The first one seems more politcorrect. As long as you would to know the Russian word for "штрбав", it's "беззубый", the feminine form is "беззубая".

Btw, if you add sentences in English, you should care they sound natural in that language and not be just a word by word translations. So, if you want to indicate a word by word translation of your Macedonian sentence, it would be better to do it in comments.

There is no guidline to use a name "Tom" by default, it's only the single user's initiative. My opinion is we should have both male's and female's versions of names, because in many languages, like Russian or Macedonian, there are different grammar forms for masculine and feminine nouns. Also I prefer to translate "Mary" as Мария in my Russian sentences, in order it can have an inclination.
@123xyz, maybe you should do the same in your language?

"Toothless" is one of those adjectives that we more frequently use as ADJECTIVE + NOUN rather than in an SVC sentence pattern.
