NNC (Русский)

100% incorrect grammar, but I can’t fix it until I understand what it is intended to mean.
The adjective «присущие» (Nom. pl. or Acc. pl. inanimate) agrees with no substantive in this sentence.

100% incorrect, huh?
Every single word is used improperly?

«100%» is the probability, not the degree. ^^
But I can’t get it.
The Russian capitalisation implies Sith is a proper name. But in English it has an indefinite article, and it makes little sense here if Sith is a proper name (because, as far as I know, «a Sith» is to be translated «какой-то Ситх» if it’s a proper name).
(Changing «присущие» (Acc. pl) to «присущее» (Nom. sg. neuter), which is pronounced in the same way and seems to have been intended, won’t make the sentence correct. :o)
(Also, I don’t like the combination of «присущие» and «отсутствущие». They share the single root and, in fact, are almost antonymous. It doesn’t sound well.)
A suggestion (not a final one):
Только [какой-то???] Ситх мог бы оценить свойственное простому числу отсутствие компромиса.

Ah, yes, I have moved «бы», because «Только бы Ситх оценил» is translated as «I wish Sith appreciated» or «If only Sitkh appreciated».

It's like this:
Только американец сделал бы такое.
Only an American would do that.
Otherwise, I like the suggestion. I think it fits.

So yea, no capitalization needed.
