In Esperanto, "krokodili" means to speak a language that is not Esperanto. The original sentence is a pun; he/she "krokodilas" (i.e., speaks the non-Esperanto language of Dutch), but isn't a "krokodilo" (the animal). I'm not sure if this pun can be translated into any other language.

Alternatively, krokodili apparently means to speak a non-Esperanto language while among Esperanto speakers, so perhaps the sentence means that while the speaker is capable of speaking Dutch, he/she does not do so when in an Esperanto-speaking environment. Someone who knows Esperanto better than I do could probably clarify which meaning is more accurate.
