If it helps any, the Thai sentence literally says "I sleep (at) time ..." followed by the traditional way of saying 10 p.m. Not sure, though, if "sleep" in Thai implies 'going to sleep'.
I wonder why the Esperanto sentence speaks about 8 o'clock... maybe a mistake.
