thousand ==> hundred

Thanks, could you write here the proposed change (i.e., copy the Turkish original together with your change embedded in the sentence)?

Currently, the sentence in Turkish means, "There are over seven hundred languages in the world," which greatly understates the true number. 7,000 is indeed much closer to the true number.
According to Google, the Turkish translation should be something like this:
Dünyada yedi bini aşkın dil vardır.
Obviously, #boracasli will have to check to make sure that this is correct grammar in Turkish and that I've used the correct word for "thousand."

==> Dünyada yedi bini aşkın dil vardır.

Thanks, I changed it accordingly.
boracasli hasn't been here for about two years, or even more.

Sorry, I can't tell whether the English sentence is the translation for the Turkish sentence or whether it is the other way around. If the English sentence stays, then the Turkish translation should be:
Dünyada yedi bini aşkın dil vardır.
If the Turkish translation stays, then the English sentence should be:
There are over seven hundred languages in the world.

PS. You did use the correct word for thousand. I do read Turkish, although it's not one of my main foreign languages.

DostKaplan, the English sentence was the original of the Turkish variant.
