Je pense que pour garder l'ambiguïté de la phrase allemande, il faudrait plutôt choisir pour la phrase française: «Il aime les femmes et les yeux bleus».

je ne pense pas que c'est possible de garder l'ambiguité de la phrase allemande dans la traduc française. Autant que je sache "femme bleue" ne donne pas bcp de sens en français, alors que "blau sein" en allemand veut dire "être ivre". Donc une "blaue Frau" est une femme ivre.
