Don't know how it works in Tagalog, the guy told me it was fine but still... I don't know. I have "let go" the sentence anyway.
Tagalog uses the same punctuation as English or French :)

I think that the sentence in English is not correct. The correct sentence should be: I am hungry! It's not an interrogative sentence.
