上がり調子を意図しているなら「?」をつけるでしょう。
日本語の疑問文は必ずしも疑問符が必要なわけではありませんが、このような文の場合、疑問符がないのに上がり調子で読むのはちょっと無理がある気がします。
@shanghainese I am not 100 percent sure, just because I often hear sentences like this in films or animations. But as @tommy_san has pointed out, I think it is better to unlink it. :D
