(eng) What should be done with the sentences that depending on the country can mean one thing or another? For example, that's the case of the word "villa", that in Spain means a city with privileges, but in Argentina it means shantytown. The sentence can't be tagged as "Spanish from..." because it's also used in other countries, but it has a different meaning

(spa) ¿Qué debería hacerse con las frases que, dependiendo del país en el que se digan, significan una cosa u otra? Por ejemplo, en el caso de villa, que en España es una población con privilegios (Madrid sin ir más lejos es una villa) y en Argentina es un barrio de chabolas. No se puede etiquetar como español de... porque también se usa la misma frase en otros países, pero con un significado diferente...

I think it is just a particular case of ambiguity. You should probably just apply an "ambiguous tag" and comment why...
I do this for French words that have different meanings in France and Belgium, in order to attract attention of readers on the fact that there is an ambiguity...

Decir que Madrid es una " villa" significa que no tiene lo que para nosotros es una " villa" shishir?

Sí que lo tiene, pero no es lo único que tiene. También tiene barrios de ricos.

the ideal of course would be to be able to comment and tag the translation itself, and not just the sentences...

Do you mean by "translation" all translated sentences as a whole? Ĉu "traduko" signifu ĉiuj tradukitaj frazoj kune?
