Cette phrase est bonne en elle-même, mais je trouve que ce n’est pas une bonne traduction pour « Je suis malade », qui a en plus déjà une autre bonne traduction « I am sick. » Si vous êtes d’accord, je peux les délier. On aura alors d’un côté « I am not feeling too well. » toute seule, et de l’autre « Je suis malade » et « I am sick. » liées entre elles.
