Is it best to delete or convert the sentence so it is a complete sentence?
Also just to confirm: if removing, do I just change the English Sentrnce to DELETE?

Could you have any advice for terrywallwork?
He is a beginner on Tatoeba. I've tried to explain on PM, but I think I couldn't tell(communicate) well(enough) in English.

In this case, since there are already valid translations in English, I would say it's best to delete it. If you're not able to delete it yourself, please just leave a comment asking someone else to do it, and we will.
