The use of 'as' in "as told me" is old-fashioned slang.

It would sound better to my ears if you said: "It was she who told me". Nominative case is needed after the verb to be.

This is not about German. The proper grammar is "It was she who told me". This sentence is an error. That's all we need to say about it.
