sinjoro Ogawa?
There is an occasional Esperanto convention to type a person's family name in all upper case, particularly to distinguish the first name from the family name when we might have Hungarian or Asian names (expressed in their native name order) mixed in with a list of European names. But such a convention isn't really applicable here at Tatoeba, I should think, especially as the sentence would be pronounced the same if it were standardized in mixed-case format.
"sinjoro Ogava", krom se ekzistas oficiala latinlitera transskribo, uzata de la japanoj mem. Ĉu?
?
Let's change it to:
S-ro Ogava
This will harmonize best with the other languages, which use an abbreviation for the title. I also agree with soweli_Elepanto and martinod that we should change the 'w' to a 'v' because the 'w' is not an official Esperanto letter.
Post longa tempo sen reago mi realigis la proponitan ŝanĝon.
@PaulP, Dankon.
