Quite possible. If so, can you please unlink http://tatoeba.org/eng/sentences/show/37513 from this one, otherwise it looks like it's a translation of the phrase from a different language, but in fact it has a different meaning.
Currently we have the two sentences with different meaning linked (through a translation) to each other:
All children do not like apples.
Not all children like apples.

Yeah, but if we take it for granted that every translation should retain the meaning of the original phrase, one of the translations is incorrect.

Currently there is no way to explicitly mark indirect translation wrong. Such a possibility is expected in the new version of Tatoeba.

Just beware thay gray translations can be incorrect. That's all we can do now. :o

This does match the Japanese. Both are from the Tanaka Corpus

My hypothesis is that this was an example created explicitly for explaining why this would be incorrect if you meant the following.

[#37513] Not all children like apples. (CK) *audio*

Obviously, the meaning of this sentence, #37515, isn't true.
