"desert island" is so common it would be seen as a single term
Robinson Crusoe is famous so I would use either the full name or just the surname.
"Crusoe's landing" often sounds more natural than "the landing of Crusoe"
you "land on" islands, but "land in" trouble or "land a plane in a desert/swamp/forest"
