L'utilisation de "petit-déjeuner" en tant que verbe est souvent considérée comme "familière" par les dictionnaires. L'utilisation du verbe "déjeuner" est plus formelle et adaptée à toutes les situations.
ben moi je petit-déjeune depuis 53 ans et ce n'est pas près de changer...
