Are both "אנו באותה רמה" and "אנו באותה הרמה" correct, and if so, do they mean the same thing?

In everyday spoken Hebrew the two variants mean the same. Academically, the first is definite = we are on THE same level and the second = we are on A same level.

I see. Thanks for the explanation.
