This doesn't sound natural sentence. "old (eng.)" - "star (srp.)" probably comes from "How old are you?" - but many languages does not use "old" when they refer to the age - some might use variant such as "How many years do you have?" ( which is a literal translation for common way to ask this in Serbian - Koliko imaš godina?).

If you add foreign language sentences, please add tag, or leave a comment that it need to be checked - you should write "@needs native check", or shorter "@NNC(you should use @NNC shortcut only in comments). And consider abandoning all yours non-native sentences you have created, since it is a good way to give them a chance to ever be repaired and become useful for all of us, and for the users of the Tatoeba corpus.

Bosnian,Serbian,Croatian,Moneteneg. are very closely related languages (in general, one might consider them as dialects of the same language - but it is more a political decision than anything else). I don't contribute in Bosnian or Croatian, I may link them, and report obvious mistakes - as this one is. I do sometimes create English or Norwegian sentences, all marked with @NNC, and English are often abandoned. Norwegian would be abandon also, if there is a chance for them to be become adopted in near future. And when time comes, they will be released.

So, even if I also contribute in other languages, I try not to contaminate our Tatoeba with trash that might be hard to clean after I have gone. Lets take care of this what we all are building here (me only for few short months).

or
Ja imam trideset godina.

Are you sure that if you are taking sentences from memrise.com and entering them here, that you are not in violation of theirs or ours license?

Are you suggesting that I am "trashing" Tatoeba? I was just trying to post something that I've learned, but call it "trash"????

I know important that Tatoeba is important, but I think it's not more important than humans whom use the language which Tatoeba collects from. So, comments like that offends and """"worst""": Make some members quit Tatoeba forever and so, many people that would use it won't do it anymore... the same to members: They won't anyone here anymore. Why? They are humans and humans can get hurt as I did now...

I'm just using what I have learned there, not copying and pasting (what would be a big waste of time to me since I wouldn't learn anything and a problem due the copyright license).

I didn't have any intention of offending anyone. I am really sorry if I did that. I am sure that YOU had honest intention here, I wanted to wrote more general advise, and I have used stronger words, in order to make my point clearer.

There are tons total crap of sentences, especially for Serbian. And all of them, are apparently written by those that speak Serbian from the birth. Now, can you put yourself in my shoes and answer me what would you do? Again, you are not the culprit here, I am more speaking for many others who never post comments, I guess, just keep entering those awkward sentences that people might spend days to learn them - only to give an impression that they are total monkeys.
