Updates to vocabulary trainer

Back in August I posted here about a simple vocabulary trainer, see https://tatoeba.org/en/wall/sho...message_40151, which has since received a few improvements. Hence I want to mention some.

Changes:
* Audio can now be read-out after confirming answers (optional, audio is generated by a text-to-speech engine).
* Nicer and finer display of learning progress.
* Lessons can be based on Tateoba lists (I'm using the lists containing "Lingo Lesson" in their name).
* More lessons (thematic group of sentences).
* Dynamic categories have more useful filters and an explanation text.
* IPA transcription shown in exercises (automatically generated, select languages only for now).
* Word suggestions in typing exercises initially hidden for learned sentences.
* Information about wrong answers highlights which words were wrong.
* Lessons don't auto-abort after 10 sentences but are endless, now.
* User interface available in English and German (depending on browser settings).
* Works offline, installable as PWA if desired.
* Each course displays list of users that contributed sentences.

Still the same:
* All sentences based on Tatoeba's exports.
* Exercises request picking correct translations or building them from a bunch of given words.
* Available language courses depending on my own interests + requests I've received in the past.
* Source code available at https://github.com/AugustusKling/lingo/
* Implemented as a static website that runs by simply opening https://augustuskling.github.io/lingo/
* There is no user accounts.
* All learning progress is stored in browser's local storage, no data sent to a server.

Other notes:
* Manual steps for course updates are gone. Course builder takes source and target language and does the rest automatically, see readme in source code if you want to run it.
* Updates to course content and application code are irregular.
* Most translations on Tatoeba seem good and comments about mistakes are acted on quickly. I've yet to understand the interplay between tags, lists and reviews that all seem to try to capture sentence quality in their own ways.

Thank you for providing the sentences here, either by contributing translations or keeping things running in the background.

Whoever wants to try the vocabulary trainer can do so by opening https://augustuskling.github.io/lingo/

It looks good, but I was confused by the fact that the user interface is translated partially into German and partially into English. If you're not going to provide separate translations into a variety of languages (and I could see why that would not be feasible in the beginning stages of your project), I think you should start by picking a single language for the user interface. This would also make it easier to produce translations in the future.

Thanks for your feedback. The lesson tiles were displayed in the course languages (if available) instead of the UI languages. I get why this was confusing and changed it to consistently use the UI language only in future.

I think that's a good change.

I see that you're using the International Phonetic Alphabet underneath words to indicate their pronunciation. While there are advantages to doing this, I believe that many of your users will not know the IPA, and it takes a fair amount of effort to learn. Furthermore, for a language like Russian, where the pronunciation can almost always be determined from the spelling plus position of stress, a pronunciation in IPA is overkill, and you'd be better off just using the regular spelling plus an acute mark over the vowel in the stressed syllable. For languages where there isn't even a question as to which syllable is stressed, providing any pronunciation simply adds visual clutter.
