He averiguado:)

“Cuando en un formulario se pregunta por la nacionalidad de una persona, ¿hay que colocar "argentino' o "argentina'?”. La respuesta fue: “Si la persona que contesta el formulario es un varón, le cabe la opción doble de contestar: "argentino', que concuerda con su sexo, en masculino; o bien "argentina', porque concuerda con la palabra "nacionalidad', que es femenina”. Por supuesto, si se tratara de una mujer quien llena ese formulario, solo le cabría la segunda opción.
