「全面的に」でしたら「賛成する」にピッタリの副詞ですし、田中コーパスの原文「その点では完全に君に賛成だ」をあまり崩さず、マイナー修正だけで済むので良さそうですね。
田中コーパスの扱いは未だよく分かっていないので、後続処理はお任せします。

I don't have a problem with either of those changes. You are right that 全面的に would sound more natural than 完全に. This sentence is being used as an example of the expression その点で, but that won't change. Go ahead and amend it.
