"Delicious" is ungradable, so can't be qualified with "very".

"absolutely delicious" is fine, or "very tasty".

There are many examples of "very delicious" being used.

Here's a comparison of Google results (checking the last page of the results).

"very delicious"
372 results in a Google search.

"absolutely delicious"
354 results in a Google search.

"very tasty"
342 results in a Google search.

This may be an American English - British English difference.
"Very delicious" shows up more in COCA than it does in the BNC.
However, COCA is 450 million words and BNC is 100 million words.
