Why do you use surutte and when do you use surutte? May you can explain?
Thanks.

って is equivalent to と. E.g. と思います

Thanks. So I can only use tte before words like omou, iu, kiku..., or can I use it with every word in usage with tte. (e.g. tte shinpai suru).

って is the informal form of the particle と. I recommend that you get the Dictionary of Basic Japanese Grammar and the Dictionary of Intermediate Japanese Grammar. They explain these things very well.
