I am sure in Toki Pona and Russian as they can be shouted easily in situations when something scary appears unexpectedly. English "Monster!" seems also good to me.

I think spanish seems okay too (forgot the upside down exclamation point at the beginning)

No one would shout "Fear!" in English. And it's unlikely that anyone would shout "Monster!" It's conceivable that they would say "A monster!" Or "Look! A monster!" Or "Look out! A monster!"

However, I don't think making a policy of contributing sentence fragments to Tatoeba is a good idea, especially if it's not obvious to you which ones are likely utterances. Why not write actual sentences?
