While I'm not sure that I agree that non-sentences like this should be part of this corpus, TRANG has stated that she is OK with having text from signs here. This is likely the way a sign would be written, though perhaps not all on one line.

Personally, I think we should follow the title "Tatoeba: Collection of sentences and translations".
Google Images show that the exclamation mark is often omitted, too.
