Grammatisch richtig, bedeutet aber etwas anderes.

C’est juste du point de vue de grammaire, mais ça veut dire quelque chose d’autre: « Je ne suis pas encore allé à Paris », c’est-à-dire « Je dois (ou je veux) aller à Paris et j’ai fait des plans pour y aller mais je n’ai pas encore quitté ma maison, je suis toujours ici. »

Si tu veux parler du fait que tu n’es jamais allée à Paris, je dirais « gewesen »: donc ou « Ich bin noch nie in Paris gewesen » (Je ne suis jamais allée à Paris) comme ci-haut ou « Ich bin noch nicht in Paris gewesen » si tu veux (Je ne suis pas encore allée à Paris, je ne me suis pas rendu à Paris).
