Les anglais disent souvent "to get" là où les français disent simplement "avoir". En français, "obtenir quelque chose" suppose un effort, par exemple obtenir une faveur. Mais pour une licence qu'on possède déjà et dont on veut juste un renouvellement, il s'agit plutôt d'un échange sans examen. J'essaye de me justifier, mais on peut écrire les deux. Je pense que le mieux serait que vous ajoutiez votre version, parce que je ne pense pas que la mienne soit fautive.

Je trouve que le verbe « avoir » est utilisé à tort et à travers pour signifier plein de choses différentes.
Pas grave, je crée la variante.
