aérobie -> aérobic?
aller un cours -> aller à un cours
par elle-même -> elle-même, ou toute seule

En français, on ne dira jamais "assez vieille". L'usage courant est "assez grande".
Un cours d'aérobie? Il s'agir plutôt d'un cours d'aérobic.

Je propose -> Ma sœur est assez grande pour aller seule à un cours d'aérobic.

« assez vieille » ne me dérange pas plus que ça.
+1 pour aérobic.
En tant que traduction du japonais, cette phrase me va (plus ou moins), par contre le lien avec la traduction anglaise me paraît exagéré. Un "workout studio" me semble couvrir bien plus que juste un court d'aérobic.

Eh bien, quand je fais une recherche d'image pour "workout studio", ce n'est pas du tout les mêmes images que celles pour "aerobic" en tout cas... Donc je pense que oui, puisque "aerobics" existe en anglais.
