Would it not be more correct to write "dw i" instead of "dwi"? This may suggest that other forms should be combined (I saw one redditor mention that it suggests "bydda i" would become "byddai" which is something different). Most adult learners, I assume, are learning from the Learn Welsh programme / textbooks from the National Centre for Learning Welsh. This programme teaches "dw i." Just a thought. This is my first time commenting so apologies if I've approached this wrong.
