(The two sentences is commonly used on cigarette boxes: “Public health ministry warns [you]: the smoking is harmful to your health”. But I thought Минздрав ‘[public] health ministry’ has been renamed to Минздравсоцразвития ‘ministry of [public] health and and social development’ in Russia; though maybe it was changed back?)
