Not in mine either, but it might be used by speakers of Swedish in Finland.
I might say "Näpp", though.

Many interjections never make it to SAOL, so they don't have a standardised spelling. Both spellings (“nepp” and “näpp”) are used, and in most varieties of Swedish they are pronounced exactly the same (Compare with “sett” and “sätt’).
