"Tuch" ist zu allgemein und nicht eindeutig genug, es sollte schon "Taschentuch" lauten

Das englische "tissue" ist genauso allgemein.

nicht ganz, es meint "Papiertaschentuch" = "Taschentuch", es beinhaltet schon, dass es ein Taschentuch und kein beliebiges Tuch,
ein beliebiges Tuch kann auch ein Betttuch sein, aber keiner kann ein Betttuch in seine Hosentasche stecken ;-)

Es kann auch Gewebe oder Stoff heißen - Oder Bespannbogen, wenn man ins Spezielle gehen will.

Du kannst aber eine Übersetzung mit Taschentuch hinzufügen, das wäre ein gute Ergänzung.
