I've recently discovered a keyboard layout by the name of "Canadian Multilingual Standard". This layout can be used to type in most of, if not all, the European languages (that use the Latin script) and in languages outside of Europe such as Turkish. Certainly there are letters that can't be typed, but one can type all of the special Esperanto letters. Here is a link that shows all of the dead keys and other special characters hidden around.

Thank you very much, Nero. If it's really as you described it, it will certainly solve for me problems of characters that I have had with Turkish, Romanian etc. I'll certainly try it.
It can be a little tricky to find what you're looking for at first, but it's gets easier.

Je l'utilise avec un clavier Logitech AZERTY et cela me permet de taper directement et simultanément en français/anglais/allemand/espéranto, sans changer de configuration ou de paramètres.
