in fact, outside of context "jan pona" means "good person" and "healer/fixer".
Similar to how "mi moku" means both "I eat" and "I am food".

-> sina jan pali ala pi pona sijelo. = You're not a worker of health.
The "pali" distinction doesn't seem necessary to me at this point.
