I am pretty sure you want "... with Doctor Lukmaan" at the end of the sentence. - I suppose it would be a good idea to insert "to be had" after "illusion", like this: "There was no medidine for illusion to be had with Doctor Lukmaan".

Native check needed, though.

I think a more accurate translation would be "Even Hakim Luqman has no medicine for superstition."

तो -> "even"
लुक़मान -> References Luqman from the Quran: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luqman
हकीम -> although 'hakim' can mean 'doctor', I don't think it may be appropriate to translate it so directly, seeing as it also generally means 'judge' or 'wise man': https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hakim_%28title%29
वहम -> I find this translated to "hallucination", "superstition" and "misconception". If this is indeed a proverb as minshirui has tagged, I feel it should be "superstition".

@sabretou
How about a @change tag since gauravjiii seems inactive?

I'd change it myself, but I'll wait for a month or so. Sometimes inactive users pop in to update if they get e-mail notifications.
