I think "I've got some problems compiling this software." sounds more natural. Could a native English speaker confirm?

Not bad. Certainly a lot better than the current sentence.
The tense agreement is a little dodgy though. Also the use of 'problems' seems a little off.
Better wait till I'm properly awake to suggest any alternatives.

Ah, yes. "I am having", then.

@sysko, you can't use "I've" alone. It should always be followed by a past participle.
I've got something => yes
I've been something => yes
I've done something => yes
I've something => NO
I *have* something => yes
It's a mistake you often make. I wonder where you got that habit from.

a franglich mistake + never been corrected by someone I think ^^

"I've got some problems compiling this software."
Better, but I think
"I'm having some problems compiling this software."
is more natural.

ok thanks all, corrected :)

What about "I'm having some troubles compiling this software" ?
