>Scholarships were not granted anymore to the same students this summer as last year.
This seems wrong to me.
I assume you are trying to say that all the scholarships given this year were given to students other than the ones who received scholarships last year.

That's right. What would that be in correct English?

@Dorenda, you could say this:
Scholarships were not granted this summer to the students who received them last year.
or:
No scholarships were granted this summer to students who received them last year.

@AlanF_US, would this also be fine?
No scholarships were granted anymore this summer to students who received them last year.
Or
This summer, no scholarships were granted anymore to students who received them last year.
That would fit the Dutch and Romanian sentence more closely (and hopefully the Turkish sentence as well, but I can't judge that).

@Dorenda, no, those sentences don't really work.

You can't use the word "anymore" for this.
Google translate came up with an almost acceptable one.
Here it is with a comma inserted and a "the" deleted.
This summer, no scholarships were awarded to students who received one last year.
Here is a slight adaptation.
This summer, no scholarships were given to students who received them last year.

Okay, thanks all for the suggestions. I changed it to one of the suggested sentences, but I still think it's not an exact translation of the sentences it's linked to. Those contain the (implicit) information that in the past, scholarships were (also) granted to students who received one in the previous year. This is lost in English. Any suggestions how to add that bit of information in a similarly implicit way, if not with the word "anymore"?

Perhaps, “This summer, scholarships were no longer awarded to students who received one the year before”?

It needs to be "awarded", not "rewarded".
You could change this:
This summer, no scholarships were awarded to students who received one last year.
to this:
Starting this summer, no scholarship was awarded to any student who received one last year.
