"Etwas sagt mir" kommt mir nicht sehr idiomatisch vor, aber ich kann mich täuschen.

Selber würde ich vielleicht sagen: Ich habe so das Gefühl, dass ...
Das "so" ist nicht unwichtig, denn es macht den Ausdruck etwas vage, würde damit dem "something" des englischen (nicht-verknüpften) Satzes entsprechen.

Ich vermute ein einfaches Perfekt reicht: ... gefunden hat.

Alles zusammengenommen wäre mein Vorschlag: Ich habe so das Gefühl, dass sie sie gefunden hat.

Wenn Du gerne "Etwas sagt mir" beibehalten willst, würde ich mich nicht sträuben.
