«rachwI'» literally means "fortifier, strengthener, invigorator".
Depending on their function, a nurse might also be called a «Qel boQ» ("doctor's aid"), «HaqwI' boQ» ("surgeon's doctor") or «QelHom» ("sub-doctor, lesser doctor"). Simply substitute «rachwI'» with one of these terms if you prefer.
