Actually it says just "three o'clock". So the English translation seems to be correct, although a little hard to understand without context.
As Chiyochan clarified, the japanese text says let´s make it three o´clock.
The english translation of the japanese original was obviously wrong. And it says nothing. We could think about many many fantasy sentences. But that makes no sense. Can somebody change it to
Let´s make it three o´clock.

1. 3:00 (time)
2. 3 Things. For example, the answer to: Should we order 3 beers or 4?
The japanese sentence has only one meaning.
as Hans07 says, don't confuse with "３時間にしよう。"
