1) Venu spacosigno post la komo.
2) Pli bone estus "la tablo" laŭ la kunteksto.
3) Mankas punkto post la unua frazo kaj poste "bonvole" komencu per granda litero.
4) Pli ĝusta ol "bonvole donu" estas "bonvolu doni" laŭ la Plena Manlibro de Esperanta Gramatiko.
5) Ne estas "min", sed "al mi" (nerekta objekto), ĝi sonas pri natura je la fino.

Do, entute, bonvolu ŝanĝi la frazon al:
"Miaj kajeroj, libroj kaj krajonoj estas sur la tablo. Bonvolu doni ilin al mi."
