The German is: Ich habe eines Paar Fäustlinge.

Yes, I am aware of that (actually "Ich habe ein Paar Fäustlinge/Fausthandschuhe"). But what do you intend to say in relation to the Low Saxon sentence? Is it the word "Fuusthanschen"? It means "fist gloves". "Hanschen" is etymologically the same as the German compounded word "Handschuh", but has merged into a single entity that is no longer deemed a compounded word but a separate single word in its own right.
